2. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us, including:
- Contact details such as your name, phone number and email address.
- Details about your property, farm or project, including location and photos you send.
- Marketplace or land listing information, if you submit a listing.
- Messages you send through forms, phone, WhatsApp, email or your project page.
- Bank transfer receipts you upload and the payer details on them, which we keep privately to verify and record your payments.
- Photos and videos our team takes of your farm or property during a project, which only you and staff working on the project can view.
We may also collect basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the website working and improve it.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations.
- To schedule and deliver services you request.
- To review and publish marketplace and land listings.
- To keep records of work carried out.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data with your consent, to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract with you, or where required by law.
6. Visit statistics and promotional emails
With your permission (the “May we count your visit?” notice), we record anonymous visit statistics on our own servers: pages viewed, time on page, the site that referred you, device and browser type, approximate location supplied by our hosting provider, and page-speed measurements. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not store your IP address for these statistics; it is turned into a one-way code that changes every day. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we record nothing. Raw visit data is deleted after 90 days. You can change your choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Error reports and response-time measurements, which contain no information about you, help us keep the service working. Sponsored offer emails are only sent if you opted in, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also turn them off in Settings.
7. WhatsApp and email
If you choose to contact us by WhatsApp or email, your message is also handled under the privacy terms of those services.
8. How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including record-keeping and legal requirements, and then delete or anonymise it.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
10. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. Contact us at reddyagroservice@gmail.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
