Listing, privacy and safety policies

Every listing is reviewed by our team before it is published. A listing must:

• describe a real property the provider owns, or is authorised in writing to let, lease or sell;
• use recent photos of that property and an honest description;
• show the full price and every other charge: deposit, agency, legal, service and any other fee;
• include ownership documents, or the landlord's written authority when listed by an agent.

Listings stay live for 60 days. Providers are reminded 7 days before expiry and can renew. We reject or suspend listings that are misleading, duplicated, already let or sold, or that ask for money before an inspection.

Our badges describe exactly what our team checked:

• Identity verified: Our team checked a government ID for the person behind this account.
• Business verified: Our team checked this business's registration documents.
• Ownership documents reviewed: Our team looked at ownership or authority documents for this listing. This is not a legal title search.

Identity checks and property documents are kept separate: a verified identity does not mean a property's title has been confirmed. We don't carry out legal title searches and don't give legal advice.

Public listings show the area (neighbourhood, city or LGA and state), an approximate map location and the provider's public profile. We never show publicly:

• the exact address or map pin of a property;
• ownership, identity or business documents, which only the provider and authorised REDDY HOMES staff can open;
• phone numbers and email addresses of customers or providers.

A provider's contact details and the exact address are shown to a customer only when the provider chooses to share them, or after a physical inspection is confirmed. A customer's phone number goes only to the provider they enquire with, and only if they choose to give it.
